I rented a place with Lock+Store for about 3 months to store some furniture for renovation. YZ was extremely responsive over email inquiry, and very helpful and polite when we went down to rent the place. The store itself was very clean and secure. Trolley was also available for unloading/loading! Would definitely recommend :)

Delvin Teo & Soh Xun Ling, i must appraise them for their tip top service and professionalism. They are friendly and knowlegable. Ms Soh is always following up with me and assisting me to get the right space and location. She is very accomodating and gave me prompt responses. Mr Teo served us well and gave us assurance that our items will be in good hands. I feel at ease with their security system. Their aircon space is like shopping malls. They gave us good advices on how to pack and store our items. The store is really easily accessible and clean. Their parking space is convenient. I have viewed other locations but this is definitely my choice. I would highly recommend this location for storage. Their price is affordable. Thank you Lock + Store!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Best storage place ever! We went to a few other storage facilities prior to signing up with Lock & Store. But Lock & Store beat them hands down. The place is very clean and bright. Added bonus was the parking, super convenient to load and unload your stuff!

A great experience storing our stuff here at lock&Store Tampines. Clean environment with air conditioner! Can access anytime.. definitely recommend if you need extra storage space!Service by the admin people were also excellent! I have been storing my extra furniture, books, paintings and Xmas decorations for over 3 years now and it’s been really worth it. My unit is easily accessible and there are trolleys that can be used to move things around, I can go whenever I need, has aircon, so everything is still in great condition (no mould at all) and the staff is always very polite, helpful and ready to meet my requests. Highly recommended.

We have been with Lock+Store (Tampines) since its inception. We find the storage space clean and the air-con strong, which is consistently maintained at a pre-set temperature around 20ºC. Two loading/unloading bays that come with raised platform are conveniently located near the two lifts. Parking lots are sufficient, toilets are daily maintained, and the compound is well protected by the security guards 24/7. We also find the office staff friendly. If we have any requests, they will act promptly and we are often satisfied with the outcomes, with problems solved. Thanks.

Rented a space with them. Very suitable for e-commerce business as their storage is very well maintained. Nice cooling environment to do sorting and a stone throw away to pick up my stuff when required👍🏻

Easy and convenient place to store your items if you are ever in need of a temporary storage area. The only downside would be the lack of public transport near the building as you are required to walk for at least 10 mins to the nearest bus stop.
