You can access your storage unit 24/7, including Sundays and public holidays. However, our office will be closed on Sundays and public holidays. Should you require our urgent assistance, please call the phone number provided onsite.
We do not provide pick up and moving services, but we can refer you to service providers who are familiar with our facility.
Yes we do. Please approach the officer assigned to assist with your move in for assistance.
All customers have to purchase insurance for their belongings. We offer a standard insurance package as part of the sign up process. You may also wish to purchase your own insurance in addition to what we offer.
There is a security guard onsite 24/7, including Sundays and public holidays. Our premises are monitored 24/7 by CCTV cameras.
